Sunday School meets every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. in the Education wing before service. Sunday School is a place to learn and fellowship together through teachings about the Bible, book discussions, movies, and more. Everyone is welcome.
Sunday School is a special and fun way to learn and grow. We are never too young or too old to learn about God’s Word. Attending Sunday School provides JSBC members and visitors with the Biblical tools needed to live as successful and healthy Christians.
The mission of the Sunday School Department is to provide a Biblical foundation, instruction, awareness, and opportunities for individuals to grow and experience the reality and truth of God’s Word. Through daily life application and individual study, individuals will gain greater understanding and revelation of the Word that will transform and impact their lives and others for generations to come. Through their relationship with Christ and as commissioned in Matthew 28:19-20, individuals seek opportunities to reach the lost, teach the word, and serve the community.
For more information, please contact the Sunday School Superintendent, Rev. Carlos Davenport at (508) 579-3775.
